My tax return (or lack of)

My tax return dream is to return to when I didn’t have to pay taxes. Right now, it feels like we’re funding terrible things?? I think it should be an option to opt out of paying taxes (obviously, forgoing access to things that tax dollars bring). I would like to just stop… we’re not getting our moneys worth!! Can you imagine if we had local micro communities that pooled money yearly (kinda like taxes) and allocated it directly to things that made life better? What a dream. Anyways, I think I’m gonna stop paying my taxes because it feels like setting money on fire.
